Whether it's walking a elder man across the street or lending $100 to a friend for unexpected bills, there are many people who need your hand. That need your help. Go out and find someone who need a hand to hold or a shoulder to lean on, because it's the right thing to do. One day you will be in the need and want someone to hear you, so just think about what that may feel like. The bottom line is to give a hand to someone in need. It's not like they will ask you to lend your arm to them. Just reach out and give a hand to those in need.
